Sorry I have been MIA lately… not much new to report… still hanging around in the 150’s, working out everyday, and watching what I eat… not counting though. It’s working for now so I am going with it! I have been crazy busy lately but having a FUN time! The single mom think keeps me plenty busy! Hope everyone is doing well. I plan on having WI on Friday so I will let you all know how it goes! ttfn!

I went way over on points yesterday…. I had 18 before I even thought about dinner! I had a light dinner, 4 points, but then the neighbors brought over hot fresh cinnamon rolls…. and I caved! and that’s not the worse part…. I made a crumb cake on Sunday (I know… STUPID), and couldn’t resist taking a few fork fulls last night! I did make it to the gym last night… even took along a gym buddy! but that didn’t work out so well! We were only there about 20 minutes, I was getting a great run in (impressing the gym buddy! lol!) and then the power went out and the treadmill stopped. That was that for the running! I think I only ended up running about 1.5 miles… at least it was something I guess! So today is a new day! Wednesdays my office buddy’s always get lunch together so I am going to have to eat light again for dinner tonight to make up for another high point lunch. I hope I can make it to the gym tonight, my son has a science project due tomorrow and of course we left it to the last minute so I know what I will be doing tonight! LOL! It may be late before I get there but I am going to go! Happy dieting!

I was Forest Gump at the gym last night! LOL!
I don’t know where it came from but I had more energy then I have had in a VERY long time! By the time I stepped off of the treadmill I had hit 5.5 miles!!!! WOW!!! I haven’t ran that far in a long time! It felt incredible! If I would have had more time I would have kept running farther! I LOVE IT! I must have had a lot of frustration to run off because I couldn’t get enough! By the time I finished I felt better then I have felt all week! Not just physically but emotionally as well! As far as my points go yesterday I kinda blew it! I didn’t keep track. I went to a friends house for dinner last night and way over did it! Hopefully my long run will help things… I am determined to be a loser this week!

I have good news and bad news… lets start with the good!
I had WI on Friday… 156.2!!!! That is the lowest I have been since I started WWers in Feb! I am very excited! However…. now for the bad…. I had a bit of a hard weekend, ended up having a 3 am pitty party with a great friend (yes, ice cream was involved! lol! :))… and the scale is showing proof of it this morning…. but today is Monday and I am back on track and will be down some more on Friday! I am determined! I am not going to let one small setback and one hard weekend throw me off course this time… I am going to stick to hit and hit my goal that I want so bad! I am already feeling better today and know that it is going to be a great week… I may fall down every now and then, but I always get back up and become stronger!

That’s right… it’s official! I am a loser!!!! LOL! The scale read 157.0 this morning! I am soooo excited for my official WI tomorrow! I have high hopes that it will be lower then it has been since I began my WWers journey! I stuck to my points yesterday, had oatmeal for breakfast (2), a tostada salad for lunch (12), an orange for dinner (1), and some popcorn during the movie I watched with my AWESOME boys (2). Total of 17. I had to estimate on the salad so I tried to stay under my points just in case I mis-calculated! I made it to the gym last night and got a good work-out in! The gym has been soooo busy lately! You can tell that lot’s of people want to be “losers” too for the new year!

It is tough! I love going out… good company, feeling great, and FOOD! but it is so hard to stay OP! I have been trying to make healthy choices, usually soup and salad, but last night I caved a little… I was taken to a nice local steak restaraunt and enjoyed shrimp, salad, steak, grilled veggies, bread!!! It was so dang good! I had only had 4 points throughout the day which left 17 for dinner but I went WAY over that! Good thing I had some flex points! =)The scale was up a little higher then yesterday but not too bad… I think I am still on track for WI on Friday. I also missed my workout last night because I had better things to do! LOL! Today’s plan is to stay OP and make sure that I get my run in after work! Happy OP day to you! =)

in the WEIGHT DEPARTMENT!!! I scared you didn’t I!
Life is GREAT!!! and the weight is dropping!!!! I was able to stay OP all weekend and the scale read 158.8 this morning!!! YIPEE!!! That’s 10 pounds since last week… I know, I know, that a lot of it is water weight but I am still taking it as a victory and it is a HUGE motivation!!! I have 2 goals for this week, The first is to be at my lowest yet of 156.8 by WI on Friday! That’s 2 more pounds… I KNOW I can do it! The 2nd is to get more workouts in. I was only able to hit the gym once last week but I know that if I want to reach goal one, that goal two has to be reached as well! It feels great to be back and on track! Even with going out a couple of times last week I was still able to stay OP! I am still going to keep my goal of hitting 139 by my 1 year WWer anniversary on 02/26/2008!!! Thats 20 pounds… in 7 weeks… it will be hard but I am gonna try! Happy Day to everyone!

I completed day 1 completely OP!!! I feel great and I am super excited about keeping it up and getting it off!!! I ended the day at 20 points… 2 under what I am allowed so I feel great! Plus… I hit the gym last night (with everybody else! lol!) and ran 3 miles! The scale read 168.4 yesterday morning and today it had dropped a lot! 164.6! I am excited to get back to the 150’s and move on to hit the 130’s!!! Life is really good right now! I don’t see any road blocks in the near future to throw me off course. This time of the year is always pretty easy for me to get motivated and get some weight off… I KNOW I can do this! Happy OP Day to Everyone!

Happy New Year everyone!!! I am soooo glad to say goodbye to 2007!!! 2008 is going to be GREAT!!!! I am finally ready and motivated to get back on track and get the last bit of weight off! I started today… Zero points so far!
Thank you to all of those who have supported me over these past 3 months. I am excited to leave the “rutt” behind and get to goal! Here’s to day one OP!!!
