Goals
Weigh 145 by May 20.
Weigh 142 by June 10 (Have family coming in from out of town and will be our first big pool party and I want to feel decent in bathing suits I bought last year.)
Weigh 139 by July 1 (10% of my weight when restarting this in March. Haven’t seen this weight since April of 2002.)
Weigh 129 by 9/9
Weigh 125 by 10/7 (Personal Goal)
Weigh 119 by 11/18 (ULTIMATE GOAL)
