Thanks for the comment. your right not only is the scale going in the right direction but so am I and I feel it!! By the looks of it so are you! Doesnt it feel great, doing the things we know we should be doing and its nice that they are getting easier as time goes on. It really sounds like your doing great, keep it up girl! I have to tell ya, I think its great your going in with a plan for your daughters b-day, that is one thing I have learned PLAN.PLAN.PLAN! Thats the only way I can do this, without a plan then I go nuts, like a free for all, its not pretty.
