This time, however, it’s gonna be different. This time I’m gonna do it, and I’m gonna do it right! 

 It’s not only a matter of looking good, it’s now crossed the line into serious health issues.  I’ve had a rough week, and I can’t say for sure it’s caused by my weight, but I’ve realized how precious life is, how much I hate doctors, and how much I really need to stay healthy, not only for myself, but for my kids as well. 

This body I have is my only one, and it was made and perfected by God, and I have defiled it by allowing pleasure from food to overcome me.

I’m looking forward to this journey.  The way I see it, I’ve actually been given a great opportunity that some people will never get to experience.  I’ve been given the opportunity to change myself, and to be proud of my success, and to look back and see how far I’ve come.  I’m excited, and I hope there will be others out there following me in this journey.
