Before & After

This is the picture I choose as my “before” picture, taken on December 13, 2006 at our company holiday lunch.  I weighed around 180 here.  My first weigh-in at WW on 1/4/2007, I was 179.9.

Before - December 2006

Although Blurry, this is a great after, taken 3/28/2007.  On March 30, 2007, I had lost 34 pounds and weighed 146.  03-28-07_1325.jpg

This was taken on 6/14/2007.  An unoffical weigh in on 7/3/2007 has me at 137.0.

    I think I look younger too, Journeys! I was carded the other day for a beer and the woman really looked surprised that I was 37.

    You look fantastic & MUCH younger!!! In your b4 pic I’d though you were early- mid forties. You could definitely pass for being in your twenties now!! Congrats!!! :D
