 ok so… I can run for ONE WHOLE MINUTE xD not much but it’s a start.
I recently read a “success story” in which the woman was about my height & weight. She started off by walking 15 minutes a day, and slowly adding in 1 minute run intervals more and more. She now runs marathons. =] hehe i can do it too-oo … and so can you-oo lol
OK so … sometimes when i’m at work i’m the only person there… well ok A LOT of the time. AND i know the times when there is the least chance of customers comming in. SO today I found this little web based timer (i’ve found it before but on a different site, the site I found it on before seems to have dissappeared) I clicked start and started to run around the store
If anyone reviews the security tapes for today then I’m sure there will be a few laughs. ANYWAY 4 laps around the store running = just over 1 minute. But then I was so out of breath i could barely keep walking. But I did. I ran 4 laps which i decided to call one set. Then I walked 3 sets. Then I ran another set and almost didnt make it to the end. Then I walked 3 more sets. this was 15:36 =] woot 15 mins of exercise haha. =]

This tank is a little bigger than other shirts i have in its size, but doesn’t feel too big. I acctually ordered it a size smaller than i usually order because i wanted it to fit tightly to wear under some sheer blouses. It works wonderfully for this because it’s cut a little loose for the size.

I now know that I have done some good in these past few months. I don’t look different, I don’t feel much different. I wear the same size of clothes, but my automatic reactions toward food have changed. I saw a box of pre-made Rice Krispie treats which I really don’t prefer (at least not over the homemade ones) and they were sitting next to a box of pudding cups on the shelf in the store. Upon seeing the Treats I thought MMM those look yummy and walked past. Then I realized, less than a year ago i probably would have bought both, and eaten two or three of each. Thought to myself “You’re a fat pig, you know that right?” and “but it tastes good!” and well… walking away acctually feels better. It was my automatic reaction too. Recognizing that feels good too.
 :) I’ve made a change, an acctual change.

I just realized something that should help me stay motivated.
Nearly every time I’ve updated my “current weight” on the weight & progress page I’ve had to change my “lowest weight since blogging” also.
Also… I think I’ve kicked everything. I have a few remaining hints of the sicknesses I’ve been carrying around for the past while. I’m gonna get back on the treadmill tonight. I am. I am iamiamiamiamiamiam. Now I just have to not forget :/. I also have to pay my tuition sometime … i think before tomorrow
… i better get on that.

abt 2 c Corn Chex Cereal + banana + abt 1 c soymilk
Salad wif chicken + caeser vinagrette dressing
 A bunch of popcorn and candy. it was like at least 15 taffys and 8-12 fruit slices candies … 5-7 c popcorn
Sunday
Breakfast:
- OMlette wedge abt 5 inch across the round part then like 7 inches to the point…
not really sure what was in that… mushrooms, green onions, cheese, ham, and eggs… maybe other stuff
- Blueberry bagle with whipped creamcheese spread abt 1tbsp per half
- 3 tater bars with ketchup
Dinner:
- Slice of ham abt as thick as a pencil
- 3 pinaepple rings
- peas & carrots
- squash - only salt & pepper added to veggie
- slice of bread
- more squash
- abt 10-12 oz grape juice
- abt 1 serve vanilla ice cream
Midnight Snackies (cause i stayed up late again like a fool)
- Sunbelt Fudge DIpped bar
- Chocolate Orange Slices
- 10Â 1.5 inch round crackers + 2 slices cheese + 2 slices lunchmeat
And I didn’t do my 1-2 mile run either =/ This weekend was super bad

I Joined the biggest loser club on a 10 day trial … I put in a bunch of different weights looked at (and saved some of) their different meal plans … now I’m cancelling my account… Is it wrong? probably. Is sharing this wrong? Probably. If I had the money to spare i’d probably just stay a member… but I”m already tracking my weight loss and blogging here… I just wanted to see what they had to offer… and I took a bunch of recipes while I was there.
To cancel your account you have to call their office within specific hours, on a weekday. I just realized that I did the math backwards and I didn’t have to sit here for nearly an hour waiting for the time to be right to call… how annoying. I haven’t gotten anything done today :S
they try to get you to stay signed up by offering you a cook book
