Saturday - Food Journal

I usually can’t use a computer friday night, all day saturday & sunday. So, my account of the weekend is likely to be missing some things.
NSV: I keep 2 cal pills in each day of a 7 day pill container. Saturday night I take the last one. After taking it I had only 2 left. I missed only 2 in 2 weeks.
AND: less than 10 tsp added sugar today
I think I had one of those iced coffees in the morning. I don’t recall eating or drinking anything else while at work. (9 am - 2pm)
I had ribs (just one for me, with that large lump of fat pulled off.. yucky) salad, a small baked potato, and two cheddar drop biscuits for dinner (moms biscuits tasted almost just like red lobster’s, yum :P). The potato had a little butter & sour cream, and the biscuits had butter on them. I probably should have stopped at one biscuit. But I wanted to keep going after two, so I’m not too upset with myself for having two. I just had water for a drink with dinner.
Health/Diet Tip: People who drink juice, chocolate milk, soda,or other sweetened beverages with every meal can cut about 700 calories a day from their diet by switching to other drinks. 700 calories was estimated based on one eight ounce beverage per meal.
Evaluation:
I’m proud that: I didn’t continue to stuff myself after I had eaten enough. And, first under 10 teaspoons sugar day since I started keeping track.
I shouldn’t have: Nothin’ to say right here. I did really good on a lot of things today.
