I just realized something that should help me stay motivated.
Nearly every time I’ve updated my “current weight” on the weight & progress page I’ve had to change my “lowest weight since blogging” also.
Also… I think I’ve kicked everything. I have a few remaining hints of the sicknesses I’ve been carrying around for the past while. I’m gonna get back on the treadmill tonight. I am. I am iamiamiamiamiamiam. Now I just have to not forget :/. I also have to pay my tuition sometime … i think before tomorrow
… i better get on that.

Yes, 10% is 10% of your starting weight. They say that you reduce your health risks substantially by just reducing your weight by 10%, when you are overweight. So that is my first goal! Yayayayay for you…you are almost there!!
Congrats!! Have a fantastic day!! Don’t forget to get on that Treadmill!!
