Enough Putting it Off

The thought that most commonly runs through my head when eating a cookie or some good homemade potatoes and gravy is, “This is the last day of treats, tomorrow I will start eating healthier and exercising consistently.” HA! I have not always had a problem with my weight, it started mostly after I got over being anorexic. I went through it for about a year in high school. My parents took me to specialists and I did finally get out of the fog I was in, but I still look back at pictures and think, man I looked good! Kind of sick, I know, but I don’t think the desire will ever go away, I just have the common sense to sort it out. Since that time I have a really hard time loosing weight and maintaining, more so after having my son. So, tomorrow is finally here! To keep me on top of the activity side of things I have decided to train for a marathon 11 months from now. I have always loved exercise videos and bicycling, so jogging will be a new adventure. As for logging my food I have always found weight watchers to be an enjoyable program, but I really need to stick with it. Wish me luck!
