Teetering precariously at the edge of the wagon…

This is where I usually fall off. All it took was one Berger cookie. Then a few Wavy Lays. Then a couple Hershey nuggets with almonds. Then some laying around on the sofa thinking I wanted more but fighting the urge. And I knew my husband was coming home with a cake for my birthday tonight… how was I going to get through this day on program??
Answer: zero point soup, a small piece of cake, and about 10 flexpoints. Tomorrow I will go to the gym and I will swim at least 30 minutes - 45 if I feel strong enough. I’ll eat good stuff all day, I’ll preview the menu for the restaurant we’re going to tomorrow night online so I can make a smart but tasty choice, and BAM! I’m back on track!
It will happen. I will do it because I want it badly enough.
