Just a quickie…

Another good day today.  I felt light this morning, and my jeans feel looser, so I decided to weigh myself for the first time in almost 2 weeks.  4 lbs gone!!!  Woo hoo!!

I haven’t set an exact schedule for weighing in, but I figured once a month (roughly).  If I weigh myself weekly there are bound to be some gains (for feminine reasons), so I thought once a month would be good.  But today I just felt like stepping on the scale, and I’m glad I did! 

I like keeping my weigh in’s flexible - losing weight is stressful enough! :-)
