Catchy title, eh? 

Today was a little harder than last week.  I got up earlier this morning because my DH had to get up early (to catch an early flight) and when he gets up early that wakes the puppy up and if I don’t go down there with her she’ll whine and wake all the boys up.  So I was up an hour earlier than normal.  Maybe that’s what threw me off today.  I had breakfast slightly earlier, making me hungry for lunch slightly earlier, so that by the time I had dinner ready for the boys tonight I had already finished eating my 4 point pita pizza (it’s Roni’s tortilla pizza, only I make it on a small whole wheat pita).  I’m really tired tonight and I’ll probably go to bed when the boys go at 9:30.

Tomorrow I will go to the gym after work and do 30 minutes on the treadmill.  Bob Greene says you have to work out 5-6 times a week, and I didn’t get there today, so I’d better get there tomorrow. 

I was going to post my food journal for today, but it’s downstairs and I have a headache so it’s probably not going to happen - at least not tonight.  I started a food journal page here on my blog, but I deleted it because I just didn’t see the point.  But now I’m thinking maybe if I do it I’ll be able to look back when I’m not feeling great at the days I was feeling great and it will help me get back on track.  Not that I’m planning on getting off track, I just want to be prepared if it happens - I am human, you know.  Anyway, I saved my food journals for the last week and I’m planning to post them all.  Hopefully tomorrow.
