Low Carb Diet
I have tried Weight Watchers not once but three times. Both times I failed. I seem to have an issue with flour. I eat it and I ballon up. So…after alot of research and talking with my Dr. I have decided to go low carb. I found a source on the Internet that has guided me and I have lost weight and I am still losing weight. This diet I am following tells one to learn about your bodies systems. This way one knows what foods to eat and what foods your system does not like. I have also found that with me the more I exercise the slower the weight comes off…but the inches melt away. My mom follows Atkins and has lost over 80 pounds on it. That was over 13 years ago. She has kept the weight off also. The more she exercised the faster the weight dropped, but the inches took longer to come off.
This diet compliments my life style to a “T”. There are days where I eat the things I should not. The scale lets me know this the very next day.
If you are intrested in following a low carb dies I suggest you check out the links on this site Getting Started on a Low Carb diet.
Loving Each Day!

Hi, I am doing a Very Low Carb diet. It seems to be working out great for me. One of the things with a Low Carb diet is you want to make sure you get enough potassium. Also try to find yourself some Ketone Testing strips. Most pharmacies have them. Following a Low Carb diet means that your body can go into Ketosis and you can test for Ketones in your urine every morning. If you are burning ketones, it means that you are burning fat as an alternate source of energy! Let me know if you want more information.
