Retaining Water Big Time!

I am retaining water big time. I can always tell by the way my wedding rings fit. They got tight yesterday evening. I think I didn’t drink enough water yesterday afternoon. I had lifted weights in the morning and then hubby and I played Racquetball in the Sun…it was hot!…in the afternoon. I don’t remember drinking allot of water. Today I am going to make sure that I get it in. Plus I I seem to have a little bit of an up set stomach. I hope that I am not getting some kind of bug. I just got over being really sick.
It is gorgeous here in Orlando Fl today. I opened all the windows up at 6:30am to let some of the cool air in the house. I have yet to turn on my A/C even known it is getting into the high 80’s now. I love this weather.
Not allot going on. We are going to the Potluck Saturday night at the Church…so I need to figure out what I am going to make to bring with me. Tomorrow I have allot of shopping to do. I have to prepare for next weeks meals. So today I need to plan out my meals and of course everyones else’s also.
