I got myself up at 5am and was at the GYM by 5:10am working out.  I thought that the GYM would pretty much be empty because they open at 5am, but I was wrong.  There were plenty of people working out and evening running already.  I got my work out in and did great.  Now I am waiting for hubby to get home so we can play Racquetball.

I am doing great with eating.  The weight is coming off slowly which I am fine with.  The inches are coming off a little faster which I am really happy about.  Every Monday I officially weigh myself and take my measurements.  This way I can track my progress.  I am happy with the results so far.

Everything is going great with everything else.  I have no complaints at all.  So I am HAPPY!

I feel like I have been running around with my head cut off.  My sister and her husband are flying in Saturday.  So I have been running around cleaning like crazy.  They are arriving Saturday late afternoon.  So Saturday I have allot of baking to do.  My sister loves it when I bake for her.  Plus I want her feed back on some new dishes.  (Nothing is W.W. friendly either.)  So I will not be picking at anything.  I am on roll and I plan in staying there.  My daughter also has her best friend staying the night on Saturday so she can go to Church with us on Sunday.  My oldest son has to work Saturday and I have to take him in and pick him up.  Hubby has yard work to do on Saturday and he is in charge of cleaning the three bathrooms.  Plus there are things I need to get done for Church on Sunday.  Not enough time to get everything done.

BUT…

I am doing great with points.  I went to the Gym yesterday and hubby and I did play Racquetball last night.  Today is my day off from all exercise.  Which is a nice break.  I am also trying not to eat after 6:30pm any more.  I think that might be a big help if I can stop eating at night…even known I have the points left to do that.  Plus I need to stop staying up until 11pm.  When I stay up that late I want to eat.

Ok…I need to check the roast in the oven.

Wow…this week is really moving.  I got myself and up to the Gym this morning at 6:30.  I really didn’t want to get up because I didn’t get to bed until after 11pm last night.  A friend stopped by.  She is leaving for a mission in Jordan.   There is a group their from the Church already and they are going to help set up the cafe.  She will be gone for 9 weeks.   So she came by to drop off Christian CD’s and say bye.  I hope all goes well for her.  BUT…I did get to the GYM and get things done.  Hubby and I played Racquetball yesterday also.  We will play again tonight and tomorrow is my day off from all working out.  I can sleep in tomorrow!  YEAH!  LOL

Not allot going on here today.  It is still a bit cool out but not bad at all.  I have to go to the store just to get Milk.  So I am going to see if we can hold out until hubby is on his way home.  Maybe he can get some for me.

I guess we have a cold front come through last night.  It got down into the 40’s last night.  It has warmed up some but it is still a bit cool for my taste.  Things are going great with staying on track.   I am allowed 26 points a day but I only can eat around 20-22.  I did go to the gym yesterday morning and hubby and I did play Racquetball yesterday afternoon.  I still was only able to get 22 points down.  I just was not hungry and I don’t want to eat when I am not hungry.  Hubby and I are going to play Racquetball again this evening.  I can’t wait to get out there on the court.  I love playing.  I am back to the gym tomorrow.  I am looking forward to going.  I actually like working out.  Who knew?  LOL

My sister and her husband are arriving from RI Saturday evening.  They are going on a cruise with my mom and leave Sunday.  My hubby will take them to the port after church.  I hope that they have fun and enjoy themselves.

I did allot of errands this morning which freed up by afternoon.  Which is nice for a change.  My to-do list yesterday was a mile long, but I got things done.  So today I have the afternoon to myself.  WHICH I LOVE!!!

So with that…I am off to enjoy some me time.

The Easter Bunny arrived here sometime during the night and left the kids candy filled beach buckets.  He even lefted hubby a huge solid chocolate Easter Bunny.  The Easter Bunny knew better then to leave me anything.  If he had I would of had to hunt him done and hurt him.  I feel great this morning and I am not even tempted to sample any of the candy that is in the house now.  I am staying on track this time and this train is really moving along.  There is a curve coming up though.  I have a potluck to attend the first Saturday of April.  Our Church is hosting the event.  I plan on taking a chicken salad dish to share that night…so at least I know there will be something there that I can eat.  I will make sure to eat before I go so I don’t go overboard.

Not allot going on today.  The weather is really nice right now.  Not rainy like we were told it would be.  I am hoping that it holds out so hubby and I can play Racquetball this afternoon.  This morning we are going to Church and then we have to stop a Lowes and Publix on the way home.

That is right.  I brought my own food and snacks, and I didn’t even as much as sample any food that was there.  I did GREAT!  :)  I even managed not eat any chocolate cake or any of the candy the kids got from the Easter Egg Hunt.  I am really doing it this time.  I keep telling myself that I am going to be thin and healthy.  I know that I will be this time.

Tomorrow we are going to Church of course and then we don’t have anything really planned for the day.  Hubby is going to put the shelf back up over my desk.  It feel down a few weeks ago.  Other then that I have some cleaning to do.  I am hoping that the rain holds off so that we can play Racquetball.  It has been drizzly all afternoon today with storms coming in tomorrow.

I am back to the GYM on Monday.  I am looking forward to working out.  I AM GOING TO BE THIN!  Just the thought makes me all excited.

I have been non-stop today.  I guess that is why I have only eaten 9 points so far today.  We are going to the Church picnic tomorrow and I have to bring dishes.  So I made an Italian Pasta Salad and I have to make Rice Krispies Treats still.   I do have my lunch and snacks ready to go.  I am staying on plan tomorrow.  I have to take my oldest daughter and my oldest son to a friends house.  It just happens that my daughters best friend is also my sons girlfriend.  They are going to see her for her B-day.  My daughter is spending the night though and I have will have to pick her up before the picnic tomorrow.  So I have to drop then off then go to the store, then pick my son up at 8pm tonight.  Not to mention I still have laundry and dusting to do.  Oh yeah…I do have to make dinner tonight also.  Wow…is it bed time yet?

I did make it to the GYM this morning and Hubby and I did play Racquetball a little bit ago.  That is why I am behind on things now.

Looks like nothing but rain for a good part of the day here in Sunny Orlando.  Hubby and I did play Racquetball last night.  We had a great time.  I also went to the GYM yesterday morning to lift.  I am taking today off from exercise.  I don’t want to over do it.  I have to work myself back up to going to the GYM everyday and playing Racquetball every night.

Not much going on today.  I have some house work to do and I have to help my youngest with her lessons.  The other kids have finished all their lessons and are not studying for the tests that I am giving them tomorrow.

I had points left over from yesterday.  I didn’t eat all my points.  I was just too busy yesterday to eat.  LOL  Wish everyday could be like that.

That is right.  Wow…I feel like I have had a mental makeover.  I got up and went to the GYM today.  I loved it also.  Hubby does not want to play Racquetball tonight.  He thinks I might over do it.  So tomorrow night we will play again.

I am sticking to the points also.  It is not hard to do if you have everything you need on hand.  I love having a W.W. Bagel with W.W. Cream Cheese in the morning.  I am usually out until lunch so I don’t have to worry about a snack.  I have a grilled Chicken Salad for lunch, A snack mid-day, and then dinner.  I feel great.  I know that I am going to get the weight off this time and KEEP IT OFF! 

My whole mental attitude is different.  I hope that it stays this way until I make goal.

I hope everyone out there is keeping in a positive frame of mind.  If not…don’t worry about it…you will get there.  It took me time to get there.  Nothing happens over night.

Hubby and I played a very intense game of Racquetball tonight.  It felt great to get back on the court after 4 weeks of not playing.  I am ready for bed though.  LOL  The kids are not even in bed yet.  That is bad.  I am going to the GYM tomorrow morning to lift.  Hubby thinks we should not play Racquetball tomorrow night.  He wants to slowly get back into playing.  I know that is the right thing to do…I just love to play the game.

Well…I guess I am going to do some knitting and watch TV.  I hope everyone had a great day.  Here are the things that I loved about today.

1.  I loved the my youngest (7) learned a new step in Math today and she understood it right away.

2.  I loved that my hubby called me at 11am because he missed me.

3.  I loved that it was a nice day outside today.

4.  I loved that my son made dinner and it was great!!!

5.  I loved that hubby and I got to play Racquetball tonight
