Ok, I wrote about these a while ago. But, when I wrote the post I had just bought the salad dressing but hadn’t tried them yet.

Well I have tried both the Honey Mustard and Raspberry Vinagrette. They are ZERO Calories, ZERO Fat! I really like them. They are pretty good. But what do you expect for a 2 tbsp serving size and zero points, not but really they are good. I am not too picky about my dressing, and I don’t use very much so its great for me. I would rather spend 2 points on cheese, and then use this dressing for 0 Points. They also make a great 0 point salad if you only use veggies, great for those days when you run out of points.

I can find them at my normal grocery store (small local chain) in the salad dressing isle, so you should be able to find them anywhere.

Has anyone else tried them? What do you think?

Well Roni, just blogged about this new Popcorn from Orville Redenbacher that looks fabulous. It has zero artificial colors, flavors or preservatives…it tastes great naturally! And it comes in 3 flavors: Simply Salted, Buttery Garlic and Buttery Salt & Cracked Pepper (and yes there is a low fat version!) I can’t wait to get some at the grocery store.

Yummo!

I Found it, I found it, I found it. I finally found frozen yogurt in my town. It’s called YoCream, and its by Dannon. Granted its at a gas station downtown, but still its yogurt, and its wonderful. They only have chocolate and vanilla where I live, but I sooooo love it. I haven’t had frozen yogurt in so long because there is NO other place in town you can get it. It has ZERO fat, and about 100 calories per half cup. So I figure my small swirl cup has about 3 points in it.

You can find the nutritional info here: http://www.yocream.com/nutritionals.php

I just had to share! I’ve had it twice since I “discovered” it last Friday. Both times I went with friends who thought I was absolutely bonkers because I was in heaven while eating it. There’s just something about soft serve frozen yogurt that you can’t replicate.

Has anybody else ran into this stuff? What flavors are your favorite?

Good Morning Everyone, Well I am recouperated from my “ick” on Friday, and my super busy weekend and ready to go for yet another work week

I did pretty good on the eating front. Had a hamburger and fries on Friday night, Ihadn’t eaten hardly anything at all that day and boy was the burger and fries tasty. I don’t even remember the last time I had any fast food other than a salad. Oh, Saturday I tried McDonalds southwest Chicken Salad, and Sunday I tried Jack In the box’s southwest chicken salad.

I think overall the salads were very comparable. I liked the dressing of McDonalds better, and it was healthier. But I liked how Jack in the box put the chicken in a separate container so that I could put it on my salad myself. In both cases I only used about 1/3 - 1/2 of the packet of dressing and about half of the “corn twigs” or whatever they are called.

So the overall winner, IMO, was McDonalds :0 I’ll definately be having that salad again!

Menus for Friday through Sunday below. Not too bad, and got my hamburger and fries fix out of the way.
