I’ve been called out! 30, Thin & Thriving is keeping me on track and wondering why I haven’ been blogging…. It’s really nice to have friends that care about how you are doing!
So, I am happy to report that I am 100% on track. Its the 5th day of my WW week, and I still have all 35 flex points left.
I have made it to the gym twice since my last WI, and plan on going again tonight. Don’t get me wrong, I still hate the gym. I have a gym buddy who keeps me going though. She’s tough, but I love her. She has never had any sort of weight problem, but seems understanding of mine. She wants to help me enjoy my gym time. I’m not there yet, but I do wish that someday I actually look forward to my workouts.
I had a great weekend full of scrapbooking, shopping, and sweating at the gym. I was off work yesterday for the holiday and truly enjoyed my day. I’m back at work today, getting into my weekday routine.
It seems this new diet livestyle is really sinking in. I don’t feel like I am dieting anymore, this is just how I live. I am still 100% committed to getting this weight off. So, even if the scale isn’t nice AGAIN, I know that I am doing healthy things for my body, and in the long run I will accomplish my weight goals, it HAS to happen giving the way I am eating and exercising, just at its own pace (can you tell I am talking myself into this as I type
)
So happy Monday (oh wait, it’s Tuesday my days are all messed up since we were off yesterday).
I am committing to blogging more regularily also, seems I have slacked off the past month or so, and I DO NOT want that to happen. So you can expect more frequent updates from me
