		<description>Zumba is a kind of Latin dance class ... you get to jump and twirl and do the salsa and samba steps, among others. Even when I'm not moving my feet correctly, it's fun ... so much fun, in fact, that it doesn't even feel like exercise (except for the fact that you're sweating like a pig by the end of class).</description>
