Weigh-in had better be a good one

I weigh in at noon Monday. All I can say is I’d better see some downward movement on the scale, because I had a pretty good eating week and a stellar week of activity. That’s right. I think I’ve worked out every day this week — even on Tuesday, when I was sick to my stomach. (I ended up NOT going to work that night, but made up for it by working the next night, when I was supposed to be off, instead.)
As for my promise to make better choices this week — at least 80 percent of the time — I did it. I calculated that I made good choices 28 of 35 times, which is exactly 80 percent on my calculator.
All my hard work had better pay off!

Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving such a nice comment. I really appreciate it! And you were right, the scale did jump, but not all 9.8 pounds…only 3 of them, which I am hoping will come back off before my weigh on Thursday morning. Today has been much better than yesterday.
Feel free to keep checking back and I will do the same…I too struggle with the husband being not so helpful when it comes to my weight loss…he wants me to lose the weight, but does not want me to stop eating with him…how long did it take you to reach the 10% goal?
I joined WW last August and reached the 10 percent goal in January. I said it’s been coming off really slowly, thanks to the boyfriend’s bad influence, and I wasn’t kidding.
Sometimes I think he encouraged me to gain weight. When we met, I was 169 pounds, and a size 8-10-12, depending on the clothes. Now I’m at 217 and wearing 14-16-18 again. Ugh. But he keeps saying he likes my bigger boobs.
