Good news from the scale — finally
Weigh-in was a good one this week. I lost … are you ready for this? … 4.4 pounds! Woo-hoo.
(That means I lost the 4 I gained last week, plus a little more for good measure!)
I’m glad the switch from Core back to Flex was the right decision for me. I’ll keep counting Points for a while now … and if I stop seeing progress, I may switch back again. It seems like the first few weeks on Core, I do really well …but then too many non-Core foods creep in.
I guess it goes to show that WW really does work … if you actually stick to it! I worked out a lot and ate pretty well (didn’t devour all 35 FPs, at least) and look what happened.
Speaking of working out, I spent 30 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes with weights today. I’d say a 45-minute workout is pretty good. I may try another Boot Camp Express class Tuesday morning.

awesome job!!! and way to have a plan of action if you see that you stop losing, maybe going back and forth from flex to core is what will work for you! i can only hope to have a 4.4lb weight loss in a week! way to go and have a great day!
