Finally losin’ it

Uh-oh …

I have the munchies tonight.

I’m not sure it’s totally my fault, though. I went home from work to cook myself some dinner. I decided on a ham sandwich on a 1-Point onion bagel (from Western Alternative Bagels. Those things are tasty!) and fries (a potato sliced and grilled w/ some olive oil on my George Foreman Lean Mean Fat-Reducing Grilling Machine).

So I plugged in the grill and sliced the potato. When the grill was preheated, I opened the lid … and found that I’d forgotten to clean it last time I used it. That meant the fries and sandwich were a no-go.

I went to Plan B instead, which was a WW Chicken Enchiladas dinner. But since that wasn’t what I really wanted, I was still hungry after I ate it, and I ended up at Taco Bell getting a supplementary fresco-style chicken soft taco … and a grilled steak one, too, for good measure.

Unfortunately, it’s now four hours later, and I’m hungry again. Maybe I should head home and have that sandwich I really wanted for dinner … It’d probably be better for me than a drive-thru run.

P.S. The boyfriend texted me tonight to say that he was having dinner at the Outback. How fair is that? I had a frozen dinner and he got steak. Sometimes I hate working weekends! :P
