A mixed day

Today was both good and bad. I got up and went to the gym, which was good. Spent 67 minutes total working out — 25 on the elliptical, 22 on the treadmill and 20 on weights, which was great. (Even better, the elliptical and treadmill said I burned a total of about 450 calories combined.)

I made it back to the gym for Lose to Win class this evening, and managed to get there a few minutes early … so I logged another 5 minutes on the treadmill. It’s not much, but it’s something.
