Kristy’s Goals
I have a lot of weight to lose, so I decided to break my weight loss goals in to small increments. Listed below are my mini-goals and their rewards.
1st goal~ To lose 30 pounds and get to Date Achieved
my pre-preg weight before DD2. **230LBS**
To be achieved by 05/31/2008.
Reward: Haircut and color
2nd goal~ To lose 10 pounds and get to my Date Achieved
pre-preg weight before DD1 **220LBS**
To be achieved by 06/30/2008
Reward: A new book
3rd goal~ To lose 21 pounds and Date Achieved
finally be in Onderland!! **199LBS**
To be achieved by 08/31/2008
Reward: A road trip with hubby and leave the girls with mom and dad.
4th goal~ To lose 24 pounds and get back to Date Achieved
what I weighed when I met hubby. **175LBS**
To be achieved by 11/30/2008
Reward: A palm pilot for work and school.
5th goal~ To lose 20 pounds and Date Achieved
get to my goal weight. **155LBS**
To be achieved by 01/31/2009
Reward: A new me shopping spree (new stylish clothes)
