I ran yesterday acc. to the plan..60 sec jog, 90 sec walk ...rinse and repeat until 20 minutes is up!  Not toooooo bad actually and Im sore!  So something is working!</description>

Maybe you could write a list of things that help you relax like bubble baths, shopping, walking, etc. Then make sure you do at least one of those things everyday until the source of stress is resolved. I know it sounds a little silly, but maybe it will help you relax without turning to food. Just take a look at your list when you have the urge to grab something out of the pantry. (I need to take my own advise!) Hopefully you'll be done with the paper and relieved of the stress before you know it! Best wishes!</description>
