Goals
1. To write something that I am proud about on a daily basis
2. To broaden my taste buds horizons. Lately I am in a rut.
3. Journal everyday.
4. Lose a 3 pounds a month, without depriving myself, in a healthy way.
- First five pounds by February 9. First five pounds lost on January 12, 2008.
- 10 pounds lost by February 23.
5. 10 minutes of activity a day
