Easy Lose, Easy Gain
16 04 2008So I’ve been watching what I eat and exercising more this week. I lost 5 pounds. Before you get all excited and hysterical, just remember that for those of us that lose it easily, we gain it easily. I mean it can be gained in a matter of a couple days. However…. I am happy about it since I’ve been trying to find a little more wiggle room with my clothes for this trip to San Antonio. I still need a few more to be back at my -50 pound mark and comfortable in my clothes, but I’m working on it. Like I mentioned a few days ago, I’ve been battling staying OP. I’ll lose 5-10 lbs, gain 5-10 lbs. Although it feels like lately I’m not losing everything that I gain!
Tomorrow we fly out. I’m super excited and will share how it all went on Monday.
