Workin’ Out With Bottles of Wine
17 01 2008Well I managed to do my workout DVD last night. It totally kicks my butt for 50 minutes! I don’t have any hand weights at the house and felt I was ready to start using them with the routine. So I scoured the house to find 2 of something heavy enough. What did I find? 2 bottles of Arbour Mist left over from a party we had several months ago! Honestly, I did feel a little silly waving large bottles of wine around in the air, but hey, they did the job. My husband knew I had done my DVD while he was out and when he got home, he knew took one look at the bottles on the floor and burst into laughter. All I could say was, “Well, yeah.”
I think I’ll take today off from working out. I’ve already worked out 4 times this week, and I’ll be going to the gym during lunch tomorrow. I’m super happy with that, and last week I really felt I’d overdone it by the weekend. So… I’m taking it easy today. Maybe I’ll do a little shopping during lunch instead! (c:
