I Didn’t Eat The Cookies!

Yay me! Not only did I stick with the foods on my chart from yesterday, but my husband made chocolate chip cookies and I didn’t even eat one! Didn’t want it, left it alone. I know I had eaten my points and the kitchen was closed! Go me, go me, go me. *visualise me doing a little dance* I stepped away from the junk food!

Tonight is WI and going out to dinner afterwards with hubby. We do the same thing every week since I don’t get out from my meeting until 6:30, it’s kind of late to start dinner and it’s a good date night. Lately I’ve been in the habit of making some really poor restaurant choices on Tuesday nights because I feel a sense of security knowing it’s 7 whole days until my next WI. I’ve decided to do better tonight. Just the fact we’re going out to eat I may be over my daily points a bit, but I don’t want to use ALL my weekly points at one meal like I have been doing.

Okay, I’ve made an executive decision after looking at Dotti’s Weight Loss Zone Restaurant guide. We’re going to Cracker Barrel, and we’re not going to experience another nightmare. I’ve got it all figured out. (c:
