Strength- The New Goal
10 01 2008This will be short and sweet. I still haven’t formally sat down and drawn together goals for this month…so sad. BUT I have been giving it some thought. I think this whole year will be a focus on incorporating more strength exercise and routines to help tone my poor sagging body (one unpleasantry associated with losing 50 pounds) and to become a stronger more well rounded (figuratively speaking, of course!) fit person.
