31 10 2007Yesterday was my usual weigh in day, but we didn’t have our WW meeting. The church where we meet was having a fall festival. I unofficially weighed in at home. I thought it would be safe since my scale always weighs heavier than WW’s scale. I’m down 1.5 lbs this week according to my bathroom scale. Awesome!
This morning I went to the dentist for my routine 6 month cleaning. The first words out of the hygienist’s mouth were, “Have you lost weight? You look great!” This lady sees me every 6 months for crying out loud. I can’t believe she noticed!
What a great NSV that the hygenist noticed, totally encouraging. Great WI results too, keep up the great work.
