		<description>Boredom is a tricky one...I find that when I get bored I start poking around for a snack too!  Being aware of it is half the battle, the second half is trying to find something else to occupy your time with other than eating:)</description>

		<description>The first time I made it I tried Roni's fries, then another time I just cubed it and added a teensy bit of butter and pepper and now I love to cube it, add about a half tsp to a pan and then "fry" it with some garlic salt and pepper. I've also made it sweet as a dessert but I prefer it more like a potato.</description>
