just because i have a plan…

doesn’t mean that i can eat like crap-ola until i want to implement my plan!!!  but, that’s what i did today…

so…be good…no peanut brittle…no TJ’s trail mix….no excess chocolate….

oy…one of these days, i’ll get back into it. 

meanwhile….i’m lovin the treadmill!!!  here’s why - i can see improvement!  i am not the best when it comes to pushing myself to exercise.  once i started running on the treadmill - i.e. when it got too cold for my southern tootsies to run outside - i started pushing myself more!  i upped the speed.  i started doing interval runs.  i have even upped the amount of time i ran.  so i’ve been able to push myself.  and i have to find new ways to push myself because the runs are getting easier!!!  woo hoo
