new plan
i’m giving myself until after the new year, and then it’s back OP.
i did go to WI this morning - it was a couple of pounds up. :( but, still below my WW goal weight. i still wasn’t happy about the gain, but then again, between all the mini cheese cakes i made & ate, cookies, other desserts, and latkes over the past few weeks, can’t say that i shouldn’t be surprised. although, i have been working out just about every day. last night we went for mexican, and yes, i ate the chips. oh, and yesterday was work holiday party - i chewed gum the first half, then had some fruit w/caramel dip (SOOOO good!), a couple of crackers w/dip, and a bite of dessert). i normally don’t see differences when it’s TOM or water retention, but today i might have. not sure how much sodium i had yesterday from the mexican food. oh, and i had a lean cuisine for lunch yesterday - more sodium. and when puppy woke me in the middle of the night & i went to the bathroom - i had a lot of pee! (sorry if that’s TMI…a little more ahead) and an hour after WI, again, lots of pee even though i hadn’t had that much to drink.Â
ok…so i’m just looking for excuses as to why i had a slightly heavier WI today.
so i told DH that after the new year, i’m back OP. we’re going to vegas before the new year, so that’s why i said i’m waiting until after the new year. i’m still going to exercise until that point. and i’ll probably hit the gym while there, too!!! (every time i’ve been out of town since starting WW, i’ve found some way to get in some exercise whenever i’ve been out of town!!!) and i’ll probably cut back on some of the bad stuff before then, too. i think i’d like to lose 10 more lbs.Â
meanwhile…wendy - if you’re reading this - the two times i’ve gone swimming, i’ve had raccoon eyes, too!!! (right where my eyes naturally have bags - ugh!) i asked about it on a board, and one of the women says she always has ‘em…and just wears her sunglasses in the morning. it’s her hollywood look! ![]()
