Back on Track!

Date March 4, 2008

Real quick as I just got home from a L-O-N-G day at work.

I wanted to tell you I’m feeling 100% better!  I decided to track a bit this week to help get back into the my routine.  I’m also planning on hitting a meeting, it’s been weeks since I’ve weighed in.

I had a great day today, yesterday I had a great workout and tomorrow I plan on hitting the gym. I am SO happy to put that nasty virus behind me and get back on track!!


Food Points
whole grain cereal with fresh berries and 4 oz skim milk 4
Handful of freeze dried snap peas 3
Tortilla-Less Tortilla Soup (rounded up) 1
Mexican Pie (frozen leftover) 4
apple 1
Simple Onion Turkey Loaf with whole wheat noodles(frozen leftovers) 7
light yogurt with fresh strawberries 2
Ben & Jerry’s Lighten Up! with fresh berries 4
94% ff popcorn split with the husband 2
Total 28
Activity
Can’t claim anything. I had a 12 hour day today. :~(
But I’m still sore from yesturday’s workour with the trainer!!

  9. hey roni! just poppin in to say that im glad your feeling better! and that im jealous you have mexican pie to heat up! haha

    also do you have some easy one person meals? I don’t have much space to freeze things, and I’m looking for some quick one meal one pot dishes, you know? Also did your love to cook and create begin before you were married and had kids? I’m just wondering if you ever had some quick go to meals for just yourself before you started a family! Thanks!
