a gain :( and core
so i had a slight gain this week :(  my first gain since being on WW. i’d love to attribute it to wearing a long sleeve t-shirt and pants (since the weather is not conducive to me wearing shorts), but i’m sure it’s more b/c i didn’t eat that well this week. oh well…it was what i needed to get my motivation back! so i’m now back on track.
i’m going to try core this week. i don’t think it’ll be that hard. but, we’ll see. i think that lunch is going to be the most challenging. but i was thinking if i can make some salads with whole grains (bulgar, pearl barley, quinoa - haven’t tried this yet but bought some last night), then i might do well. i’m a little hungry now. :( and i’ve had an apple already. i think we’re eating in a couple of hours, though. so, we’ll see how it goes…

I hope you like Core! I haven’t tried it, but I’m interested in it. I would switch if I got bored or had a plateau. Pearl barley and quinoa are good, I also like amaranth sometimes.
