I can do this. I got off the couch at 8:10 pm and took a 30 min walk instead of heading to the fridge.
I am not new to this. But I sure feel like I am. I need some pointers again. I need some easy food plans to follow for a week or two to get back on track. I need some structure.. anyone… please help! I can and will succeed. SUMMER is on its way!
