I can do this. I got off the couch at 8:10 pm and took a 30 min walk instead of heading to the fridge.
I am not new to this. But I sure feel like I am. I need some pointers again. I need some easy food plans to follow for a week or two to get back on track. I need some structure.. anyone… please help! I can and will succeed. SUMMER is on its way!

So I only gained 4 lbs while being on vacation for a whole week… not bad considering the shit I ate.
Ā I put my 2 weeks in at my 2nd job today!! May 9th will be my last day! I am so excited, I can enjoy the summer! and I can have LOTS AND LOTS OF time to excersize!!
