MARCH 1st ALREADY!!!

I sound like a damn broken record. I always say I will start clean on the 1st of the month, then the 1st arrives and I eat something completely horrible, which throws the whole week off… so I think.

 Well the first of this coming month will be diffferent…. cuz its MARCH, we are one step closer to spring, I am so sick of the cold weather I could puke.

I need to start by getting in all my water for the day… So does sugar free kool aid work? I was cleaning out the cupboards  yesterday and i have a shit load of sugar free kool aid and crystal light…. I was thinking about mixing it and bringing in a whole gallon with me to work to stick in the fridge so i wont be tempted by the soda or coffee… what do ya think?

I stocked up on lots of oatmeal and soup at the store to get me though the next month until the weather turns so i can use the grill ( keep in mind I have 2 jobs, work 65+ hours a week so i dont have much time to cook … let alone prepare a bunch of meals to freeze.

So I applied for a job with our county’s sheriff dept as the administrative assitant to the 911 coordinator, I think my changes are pretty good. the only thing is its PART TIME.

    Yes, make up the sugar-free kool aid and bring it to work. It would be a start in the right direction…try to not have an all or nothing outlook. Weight loss and healthier living is definitely about progress not perfection. Good luck with the job.
