Hump Day
I need one or ALL of you to come sit me down and have a talk with me on how I need to start watching what I eat, how I need to track my points, how I need to get some excersize!!
 let me tell you after falling off track for a whole month was not by choice, it just sort of happened. I GAINED A WHOLE 5 LBS!!!
With all the problems with the bf, the choice to switch jobs or stay (I stayed), the water damage in my house, the new guy ( who is now out of the picture) I could not stay focused on WW. I now have a new attitude and I have been slowly working on getting back into a routine. I keep saying I will start on sunday… but that never works so I think I will make my starting day today!
