Hump Day
It was too cold to go for a walk this morning, and last night it was raining and then by the time it stopped it was dark out so I didnt go.
I am up 2.6 lbs in the last few days. I weighed in this morning at 166.0. I have not been eating well at all. I bought a good lunch and snacks with me to work today so I hope I don’t splurge on something stupid. I have to make sure I get all my water in as well. I also need to start eating breakfast! I have been running so late in the mornings I never end up eating anything. I KNOW! Its the most important thing of the day!
I have no idea what to make for supper. I dont have anything thawed, the grill is put away for the season, there is nothing in the fridge.

I love my George Forman for nights like this. If you don’t have one, I’d recommend it.
The McDonald’s grilled chicken oriental salad is one of my favorite ’safe’ meals out. If you haven’t tried it, it’s only 7pts.
If you take the instant oatmeal and add milk to it the night before - cover and put in the fridge for the night - it can be mic’d in no time as a take-with-you breakfast.
Cheers,
Do you have a crockpot……….that is a staple in my kitchen during the Fall and Winter. I love to make soups and stew in it - you can even roast a whole chicken if you have one large enough!
I agree with steph the crock pot is a good idea and i use it like a betty crocket on crack. haha i wish some of your cold weather would move on down to alabama because its still in the 90’s outside.
Have to say, ditto on both the crock-pot and the george foreman! Must have for easy meals! For breakfast have you considered good old sandwhiches? Sometimes I eat those and other times I eat some reduced fat peanut butter crackers for a little shot of protien. Also Canadian bacon on an english muffin with and egg if you have time is a great fast breakfast.
