DOWN another pound!
I weighed in today at 163.4!! Tomorrow I will be up. They are having a going away party for me at work… which turned into a JILL IS STAYING PARTY!! lol I already had bagle dip and cake! and its only 11 am!! I have to get in all my water today and eat light the rest of the day! Â
So after weighing all the pros and cons of both jobs I chose to stay where I currently am. It will just be so much easier. I want to finish up school next semester, I will be having eye surgery, there were just so many things.
 Im pretty sure I have flexies left cuz I have been eating fairly well. I have been losing all week… and TOM has been here!! losing weight with tom on board is kinda odd no?
I have been so stressed with what to do with work and such I have not logged my food like I wanted to. So I will get back on the wagon on Sunday !
So I am not even gonna journal my food today since I know its bad! Veggie Pizza, Meat, Cheese & Crackers, Velveeta & Salsa Dip. Bagel Dip. Cake.

Congrats on the loss. I’m sure it’s been stressful trying to figure out what to do. Glad you made the best decision for you. Now you’ll have a chance to get your morning walks in. Hope you got the raise too!
