Happy Hump Day

Hello everyone! Happy Hump Day! I don’t want to whine… but my knee is killing me. I didn’t walk the last 2 days & I feel horrible! OH SNAP! I just remember I didn’t take my vitamins again today! No wonder I feel horrible.  I will be going for a walk tonight after work and hopefully the rest of the week before work.

Starting Oct 1st. I won’t have time to get in that walk before work since I am starting a new job with different hours. Basically my day is going to be 2 hours longer than it already is. I will have to leave the house by 7:15, when I used to leave at 8:45. I am not sure when I will have time to fit some activites in. Keep in mind I also work 4 nights a week at the gas station so I don’t get home until 9 during the week and 10 on the weekends. DRAT!

 I am also going to have a problem with the snacks during the day. I dont think I can feel comfortable munching at my new job like I do at my current job. I am gonna have to make sure I eat a good break fast and good lunch to get me through the day!
