I weighed in yesterday at 166.8 … back to 167.0 this morning but just seeing a new number on the scale sure is enough to keep me motivated!
 TOM is approching…. so I ate like shit today…. Not even gonna journal it… that’s how bad. Pizza. Ice Cream Bar. Kit Kat.
WHY must TOM be so cruel. I hate it! Once it’s over you will be fine and see that 166 and lower :)!
