New Week, New Month, New Me
I totally lost control of everything this past week. I gained a total of 4 lbs. Now I need to work extra hard this week and every week after to get back on my lifestyle change! Its 8 am here… I have so much to do, I should head out for a walk right now, but my friend wants to go later. I have to work at 2, and let me tell you I have a long list of things to be doing!
pS. YOU SHOULD SEE ME, I LOOK LIKE A MAD WOMAN… I HAVE A BANDANA WRAPPED AROUND MY HEAD!! LOL
laundry, dishes, dust, vacuumm, haul out all junk from the basement to the garage to haul to the dump, put a weeks worth of laundry away, scoop cat litter, clean basement up, haul out 2 twin bed sets, get the old dryer out of the basement, get the new outlets hooked up that are upstairs, get someone to come fix my leaky roof before i have a disater again… the bf is USELESS! he is gone all weekend every weekend to camp…. and well this is my house not his… so i honestly belive he doesnt care cuz its not his!
Ok, more later im gonna get going on something. and I will update my journal. OH YEAH. I HAVE TO FIND TIME TO GET TO THE STORE TOO! I AM OUT OF ALL FRUIT AND VEGGIES, ALL I HAVE LEFT IS A HEAD OF CABBAGE AND SOME CELERY!

Tommorrow I will start fresh. I am getting back in the swing of things today… little by little. IT was a horrible week of emotional eating for me. down right HORRIBLE!
 1st thing tomorrow im gonna head to the store and get my veggies and fruit for the week. I will succeed! I will suceed!

I have an appointment tomorrow for an eye exam for lasik surgery. I will find out if I can have it or not! I am sooo totally ready to give up these damn glasses! I am very nervous, I dont want to pay the 200 bucks for the exam and have them tell me I can not have the surgery done! That would suck!

Hump Day
It was too cold to go for a walk this morning, and last night it was raining and then by the time it stopped it was dark out so I didnt go.
I am up 2.6 lbs in the last few days. I weighed in this morning at 166.0. I have not been eating well at all. I bought a good lunch and snacks with me to work today so I hope I don’t splurge on something stupid. I have to make sure I get all my water in as well. I also need to start eating breakfast! I have been running so late in the mornings I never end up eating anything. I KNOW! Its the most important thing of the day!
I have no idea what to make for supper. I dont have anything thawed, the grill is put away for the season, there is nothing in the fridge.

oops, i forgot to update in a few days. So much going on in my life… too much to even write about. I am up 2 lbs from friday… so i need to get back on track again!!
I am off tonight, tomorrow night and friday night. I sure hope I can get some activity in… but the way the weather is going, I am not sure if that is going to be possible. I have not been sleeping at night at all. I have been up later and later for work which is totally not good!
I have noticed I sure am consuming alot more sugar than I have in the past. Not really sure why either.

after all that junk…
I only weighed in at 164.0 not to bad considering all the shit i hate yesterday!
We had a rain storm Thursday night and my house got some water damage. The flashing around the chimney must have gave way and water was coming down the chimney… there was water coming out of the cupboards!!! needless to say there is damage to the bathroom ceiling tiles, the wall in the bathroom and kitchen, the cupboard. and i would image the floor too! WHAT A MESSSS I sure hope insurance covers it.

DOWN another pound!
I weighed in today at 163.4!! Tomorrow I will be up. They are having a going away party for me at work… which turned into a JILL IS STAYING PARTY!! lol I already had bagle dip and cake! and its only 11 am!! I have to get in all my water today and eat light the rest of the day! Â
So after weighing all the pros and cons of both jobs I chose to stay where I currently am. It will just be so much easier. I want to finish up school next semester, I will be having eye surgery, there were just so many things.
 Im pretty sure I have flexies left cuz I have been eating fairly well. I have been losing all week… and TOM has been here!! losing weight with tom on board is kinda odd no?
I have been so stressed with what to do with work and such I have not logged my food like I wanted to. So I will get back on the wagon on Sunday !
So I am not even gonna journal my food today since I know its bad! Veggie Pizza, Meat, Cheese & Crackers, Velveeta & Salsa Dip. Bagel Dip. Cake.

OK So I told my boss I dont wnat to leave & I asked for a raise to stay. He said he will ask the owner. He’s like why didnt you ask before you quit! I said I thought i made myself clear that i wanted a raise for all the work i did on the web site.
anyway, if they say no. then I know i was not worth anything around here! RIGHT?!

Happy Hump Day
Hello everyone! Happy Hump Day! I don’t want to whine… but my knee is killing me. I didn’t walk the last 2 days & I feel horrible! OH SNAP! I just remember I didn’t take my vitamins again today! No wonder I feel horrible. I will be going for a walk tonight after work and hopefully the rest of the week before work.
Starting Oct 1st. I won’t have time to get in that walk before work since I am starting a new job with different hours. Basically my day is going to be 2 hours longer than it already is. I will have to leave the house by 7:15, when I used to leave at 8:45. I am not sure when I will have time to fit some activites in. Keep in mind I also work 4 nights a week at the gas station so I don’t get home until 9 during the week and 10 on the weekends. DRAT!
 I am also going to have a problem with the snacks during the day. I dont think I can feel comfortable munching at my new job like I do at my current job. I am gonna have to make sure I eat a good break fast and good lunch to get me through the day!

I need something to make for supper. I have 1 lb of ground turkey thawed… I completely forgot about having supper tonight since I have worked the last 5 nights in a row and I didnt have to think about cooking.
When I got on the scale today I saw 166.6 that’s enough to keep me going! I have had a few comments from people who have noticed I have lost weight. Those help so much!
I have some major issues going on in my life now, I am finding it very hard to stay on plan. I still feel okay. I am just eating like poop! I sure hope I snap out of it soon!
It’s my night off from work and I have to bar tend ( my parents own a bar) and they wanna go out to dinner so I figured I can help them out since they help me out so much! I also have to work til 10 on sat night at the gas station, then I have to go bar then til close!
 As for my daily activity, its raining so I will either go for a walk when I get home at 5 or I will hop on the elliptical before I have to go to bar tend.

I weighed in yesterday at 166.8 … back to 167.0 this morning but just seeing a new number on the scale sure is enough to keep me motivated!

Wow, Friday Already!
TOM will be arriving soon which is why all the chips and PB cups this week!!! Â
As of Oct 1st, no more posting any time of the day I want. I will have a job where I will actually be working! No time to think about what I should write in my post! LOL Â
I guess I should use the next 2 weeks to teach myself I dont need to always have a snack at work. At my new job, I am not going to feel right just munching all the time like I do now. Maybe that will help with the weight loss.. no more snacks JUST TO SNACK!
I am very nervous about starting a new job. I hope my 2nd job will be willing to allow me to arrive a few mins late cuz there is no way i am going to be right on time. ESPECIALLY in the winter… if they dont wanna work with it then I guess I have to quit right?
It has been 3 weeks today that my mystery man has visited me while I am working at the gas station. HE FINALLY CAME IN LAST NIGHT! He is super nice. Before he left he called me beautiful. When he was in 3 weeks ago, he called me a hottie, then i didnt see him for 3 weeks. so I would image its gonna be awhile before he stops in again.. I imagine he is embaressed!

 i start oct 1. i will only be making 10 cents more an hour than i am now… but i am starting at a higher wage. it took me 4 yeras to get where i am at now.
 the only thing is i have to drive 25 miles one way… when i used to only driving 5 miles!~!!
