I have already changed my mind about how I am going to Log my food journal. I am already having trouble with the html on the page that I created for my food journal only. So back to inserting a chart in my daily post for now.
** UPDATE!! I played with the HTML and I figured it out… so back to leaving out the chart in my daily post.
Last night was horrible. I was at a surprise brithday party and I could not contain my self, I ate all the bad food even though I told my self I was not going to…. So there was last night, sitting on my couch feeling horrible about what I ate! I started to go for a bike ride and something on my bike sounded like it was gonna break and it just so happened my bf was still at the party so i threw my bike in the back of his truck and didnt end up going for a ride.
