Will I ever start walking/running again?

The alarm goes off every morning at 6am for me to get out of bed and go for a walk. I have yet to do so. I cant get my lazy butt out of bed. One my friends just moved in next door ( she must weight more than me) but she is lazy and wont come with. If I had someone to come along it would be much more worth my time!!

Back on the Wagon

I went a little over board yesterday, the bf came home after being gone for 6 days. So I was happy to see him. He made dinner, and cookies. Then my brother came home with a 25 lb bag of chesse curds!! I had to package them up in smaller bags… like I was gonna be able to contain myself in a 25 lb bag of curds! lol

Back on the wagon today. I have my whole day planned.

Had my day planned until there were goodies in the break room!!

So apparently, I cant seem to blog when I am home, I keep myself occupied many other ways! I did sooo much today, laundry, washed my car, visited my gram, put in TWO ceiling fans, cleaned. My bf has been gone since Wednesday and he can come home anytime now.

I cant even say I followed ww today.  I didnt have my water… hard to do at home. At work the culligan water cooler is like 5 ft from me! lol

Friday the 13th

last night i didnt get home until 11pm. I worked until 5, then headed with my co-worker and my sister to Menards to pick up doors for my house. I only NEEDED to get a new doors for the front of the house, but since i was there i did get doors for the side door too.  I even bought matching locks that are keyed the same!! Now I am alll ready for the boyfriend to rip out the old ones get started!

I bought a ton of lean cuisine’s last night at walmart so i need to stick to this whole ww lifestyle change. I dont like the idea of not having time to cook, but i sure do like the lean cuisne’s! I’ll eat them until i am sick of them!! One for lunch everyday and one for supper 4 nights a week when i am working at my 2nd job.

 I have been looking for string cheese but either I cant find it or I forget to look. What kind should I be getting?

 On Sunday I think I am going attempt to make a few of Roni’s receipes!

Hodag

I just got back from the stupid health dept. I had my annual exam this morning. I HATE that place. My appointment was at 8, and i didnt get into the room til 8:35!! Anyway, I work til 5:00 then driving 1.5 hours to go to menards to buy doors for my house!! Which might be a bad idea since I am going to Rhinelander Wi, home for the HODAG ( www.hodag.com ) it starts to day so I am gonna be in the way of 30,000 people in route to get to the hodag! This is the only night I am off and I have my dad’s truck and someone to take a ride with me! So i am going to go!!

Today’s menu is gonna be kinda on the spot. i didnt get anything ready. i grabbed a banana and a yogurt. and a lean cuisine for lunch. probably gonna eat taco bell tonight when im in rhinelander.. thats the closest one to me so its my treat for the week i guess.

Should they match?

Front of HouseToday will be a much better day then yesterday, I already feel much better than I did yesterday. I called Menards (which is 1.5 hrs away) and ordered the doors for my house. They are instock items so I have to go pick them up tomorrow after work. I’m so excited!! I am getting full glass screen door and a “pretty” storm door for the front. (which looks like this) PRETTY door and the side door is going to be pretty basic door. I have not decided which type of screen door I want on the side yet? Should they match? Should they both be the same screen door?

I really like the color of the door… would I be able to do that? is the door supposed to match the trim on house? or does it really matter? The screen door color is tanstone so I need to figure out what color to paint the door(s). one again. should both doors be painted the same color.

Woke Up Late

I woke up late this morning, I had to get to the vet to pick up my cat so I didnt get anything ready for today. I had a banana for breakfast on the way to get the cat. I am about to eat a TLC bar for snack. Lunch will be a lean cusine. and well dinner… who knows what time that will be, after work I have to get my dads truck and haul a bunch of junk out out my grandma’s house ( she died in OCT, and we just now getting around to cleaning it out and putting it on the market) I can say I HAVE BEEN THE ONLY ONE UP THERE DOING ANYTHING. so when it sells… i better get a good cut! Back to work.

Rough night. I hate a ton of stuff I shouldn’t have. Me and the bf were fighting. He is leaving today for basically a 6 day drunk with his boss. I was not to happy at all. I know its not an excuse but tomorrow will be better

Man was that hard

I got home from work last night & as soon as i opened the door I could tell that someone cooked supper. it was my brother ( he lives with me in the summer when he his home from college) I couldnt imagine moving back in with your parents after living a whole year in your own apartment!

It was very hard for me to not want to eat what he made. It looked wonderful. Meatloaf and Potatoes. Let me tell ya for a 21 year old kid.. he can cook! lol

My Local Store Sucks!

I woke up late this morning, didnt have time to go for a walk. We i would have had enough time if it wasnt 90 out! Its not normally that warm at all where I live.

I went to the grocery store. Spent 103 bucks, the most i have spent in a long time on food! let me tell you our store sucks. I cant find anything that anyone recommended. I made English Muffin Tomato Pizza for lunch but not with 1 point english muffins… more like 3! Roni counted her’s as 3 total with a 1 point muffin and 1 oz of cheese. I wish I knew what english muffins i need to get!!

I bought a bunch of lean cusine’s … they were on sale. so I will have one of those for supper. More later when i get home from work.

Time to shower and get my butt ready for work.

If someone wants to send me their getting started books I will make copies and mail or ups them back the very same day!!

Its going on 11pm. When I wake up in the morning I will be 100% focused to WW. I’m even gonna start out the day with a walk! I want to walk every morning, but maybe I will start out just every other just to get back in to the routine. I CANT BELIVE I EVER STOPPED RUNNING. about 3 years ago, i ran every day. i was totally starting to take control.. then a horrible break up and here i am. FAT. 177 lbs on a 5′4″ frame! TIME TO CHANGE THAT. I have been out of highschool for 5 years now. my all time high in 10th grade was 172. I do belive I was bigger than 177 in the past 3 years though. Those were the days that i didnt even think about weighing myself.

 My on the go lifestyle sucks! I love spending money which forces me to work 2 jobs…. which I am happy cuz I buy what I want. I will be headed to the store before I head to work at 2pm. Lots to do in the meantime. I didnt get any where on my grocery list tonight like planned, work was busy. I should get up early and do the laundry, go for a walk, clean some of the house, shower, head to the store, and hopefully I will have to time to make something before I have to work at 2. I am going to have to make time to cook and pre package my foods. Keep in mind I am not going to the meetings so I still know evverything about it..

Grocery List??

I’m working on my grocery list for tomorrow morning! I figure I may as well start WW on a Sunday so I start the week off right. That and I would not have been able to go the store before then. If anyone has feels the urge to let me know what I should start off getting that would be great. I have looked over lots of website and  I think I have the right idea of what to do to start the program. Since I am not going to the meetings. I’ll have to make my plan of what I will be eating during the week. I get 24 points so I should not have any problems.
