I weighed in this morning at 168.4 … down from 177 ALMOST 10 lbs gone!!!
I have been sick from the all the air conditioning.  I have not been at work since Wedsnesday! While being sick i didnt log any thing i ate or drank so lets start over from scratch today. Not sure what I should do about my flex points… if i should forget bout it for the rest of the week. ot just give my self like 15 to cover the rest of the week. I know i didnt eat HORRRRIBLE over the last 2 days, but i am sure i dipped into them. I had a few squares of pizza and ceaser salad both sunday and monfday night for supper.. as for the day i didnt eat bad.
