Miserable!

let me say all this fiber and the hott hott weather is making my guts go wild. I didnt think I was gonna make it to work this morning!! I still feel horrible, just not in the bathroom as much.  It is also that TOM, so i started worring about TSS that toxic shock stuff!! I am such a worrier!
