Last night ended shitty. I hate some candy, and went over my points for the day.  Focus better on today. I got up to go for a walk alone so I could keep the faster pace going, but I ended moving the elliptical in from the garage, folding laundry and cleaning the kitchen then it was time for me to leave to go do the normal 1 hr before work de-junking of my deceased grandmothers house… I sure do get lots done in an hour!! So no walk for today since i work 9-2 & 2-10.

if i do anything good its drink all my water every day!

I’m so excited! I just talked to my dad and he has a brand new tv (still in the box) that he will give me for my work out room!! how cool is that!!
