Good Start
Today started off great. I walked for 65 mins this morning, got some stuff done around the house, ate a kiwi and headed off to work. I bought an elliptical yesterday, hopefully it makes it into the house tonight when I am at work til 10 pm. The bf should be able to get it in the house.
I also need to kick up a notch on the walkin.. At least I have a girlfriend to go with… but she walks to slow for me. I think I am gonna go tomorrow morning by myself. I dont think she wants to walk in the weekend anyway.
I have got to find time to haul the dressers and rest of the things from my grannies house before it sells. There is soo much more to do up there, but i dont have the time. I used to go there and spend an hour each morning before work. Now I am walking every morning and dont have the extra hour to get up there. UNLESS I get up at 5am.. which is not going to happen!

You are a walking machine! Look at you go! I like your goals for your losses - more things to take care of YOU! I hear ya on the hair thing, I need to take better care of it but I’m a cheapo. I’ll be doing that at my first 10 lbs (hopefully within the next 3 weeks!)
I love when a day starts off like that!!! Don’t forget, woking on grannie’s house can count as activity. Just schedule in some time!!! Those tasks looming over you can have a toxic effect on the positive changes you are making. Keep it up!
Great job on the walking! If you have some secret motivation to actually use the elliptical PLEASE share it with me! I bought one in Jan. that I have used maybe 4 times. I want to make use of it and I know that I need to but for some reason I have a really easy time just ignoring it.
Keep up the great work on exercising!
